Alexandria, September 18. Intelligence has been' received from Don- fc gola that a large forceof rebels, under dervishes, is amassing at that place.
London, September 16. RussiaandTurkey are persistently urging; England to evacuate Egypt.
London, September 17. In the House of Commons to»day, Lord Kan'dolph Churchill announced that Sir H. D, Wolff, the British special Commissioner to Egypt, had prepared important proposals for the fuCure government of that country, and these were now under th» consideration of the Ministers! Sir-James Fergusson, Under-Secrerarjp for Foreign Affaire, in repjy to a question as to the proposals of the Government with: regard to Ej;ypt, stated that it had beea decided not to withdraw the British troops . from the country until the proposed leformet in administration had been executed. Sir James Fergueeon further announced tbafc Nubar Pasha, President of the Egyptian Council of Minietere, was coming to London at the request of the British Government, to confer with Ministers as to reforms to be introduced in Egypt.
