Still I am waiting waiting, Till He shall give me light. I feel the sweet warm sunshine, The kiss of balmy -air, And' know- the young spring's footsteps Hayemade the brown earth fair; I breathe the breath of roses In summer's golden glow And hear the reapers singing, Adowa the autumn row: And through the long cold winter, When earth' lies still and -white, Still I nm waiting, waiting, Til He shall giTe me light.
