London, July 29. It is announced that as a result of the parleying between the British and French Governments the latter has agieed to order the withdrawal of the French troops from the Hebrides, as soon as present emergency is passed.
Constantinople, July 29. Moukhtar Pasha shortly proceeds to the Armenian frontier, to assume command of the Turkish forces in that district.
