Banks /Nl> Co.'s Weekly Hepokt. — At Parawai on Thursday there was a<;ain a veiy lai&e supply of £at cattle, the pens all being- full. A'lavgo portion of them wore lighter weight's tlian of late, which seemed an inducement to bnyeif, a number of heavy steer* being withdrawn. The prices of steeis iange«l fiom £4 7t> 6d, to L 6 2& Gd ; cows fiom L 3 to L 4 17s tsd, being from 17s to 18s per 1001 bs>. Sheep were penned in limited numbais, the quality also beins^ below the aveia»e. A few pens of good wethers realised from 13s to 13 b'd ; second quality 8s to 8s 3d ; ewes 6s Gd to 7o 9d A btnall lot of lamb* brougli tVoni Gs to Gs Gd.
