Rome, July 12 — The outbreak of cholera in Italy is assuming alarming proportions.
New York, July 12. The Canadian Government have released the American fishing vessels recently seized in Nova Scption waters. The owaere paid the fines levied on them on the under standing that they should be refunded it the seizure if shown to have been illegal. London, July 9. — Lord Roseberry will question M. Waddington regarding the resumption of the deportation of reeidivistes. His Lordship also considers that the reasons assigned by France for the continued occupation of the New Hebrides are insufficient, and therefore the men of-war have been directed to remain at the inlands until they are evacuated. The Paris Press is much incensed at Lord Roseberry's inquiring the date on which the French troops will evacuate the New Hebrides.

Paths, July 13.— The Cabinet has resolved for the expulsion of the Due d'Aumale from France, on account of the letter which he recently wrote to President Grevy, protesting against the removal of his name from the French Army list. The Due d'Aumale notifies that he will legally resist the removal of his name from the Army List by the French Government.
