Bibwn^s pale on Monday there yvtis n lar^e nttendarco, and nearly all realised priors. At Ohaupoon Tuesday, there wms the smallest nittnber of cattle yet offered at Ohanpo, in coniequence of Ih* adtle advertised from W'Ttakatrtne not coming forward. Those offered, however^ realised g-ood prides. Dairy cows, at from L 2 to L 6 5s ; steer calveji, fioio 19s to LI 10a ; beef cows, from L 4 10s to T,5, and fat Btcerg at L 5 15b, At the special Bttle of Whakntane ! cattle on Tbnrsday, nt Waitoa, the cittle were of exceptionally good quality, ulthotigh they showed thejt although carefully driven the}' had suffered from the effects of their fortnight's starvation hefore leaving the run, and their long jour ney.
