J. Kennedy v. J. Barrett. This wss a case in which plantiff cou.plaincd that defendants dogs were in the habit of coursing his cattle about in the paddock, thereby endangering their lives. His Worship dismissed the case on the ground that plantiff should have summoned for damages. P. Brady y. Gessler. — Claim £1,1 goods supplied. Judgement for plantiff with costs 17s. M. Kinsella y. Bull.— Claim £9 2s Id, goods supplied. Judgement for £8 7s Gd, costs 245. A. Hogg v. Jamieson. — Claim £2 11s Gd. Judgement for full amount and costs, Gd. J. M. liobson v. T.Donnelly Claim £3 lls lid, being amount of judgement summons. Ordered to pay 10s per week from date, or in default 14 days imprisonment in {Sliortland gaol.
