COMMERCIAL. THAMES CATTEL MARKET.

Basks & Co.'s Weekly Report. — Tho supply of fat cattle, at Parawai on Thursday, was sufficient for requirements, and included a diaft of first-class bteers, from the Whakatane Co.'s estate, most of them being heavy weights. The long travel without food had told against their appearance, and a feeling amongst buyers that want of food would drive others into the market, had a depressing effect upon prices, which we must quote as low as from 16s to 178 per lOOlbs.
