London, April 21. News has been received of a hostile,encounter between the Greek and Turkish outposts on the frontier of Theßealy. The Turks were repulsed. The Government of Greece have repudiated the action of the Grecian Commanders, who are held to be responsible for the outbreak. London, April 25. The sending of an ultimatum from the great Powers to Greece has been delayed, owing to the Russian Government not having yet given their assent.
