Another death has occurred from the oxplosion of iiro damp at Lithgow colliery. The- remaining fourteen aro progressing favourably towards rocovery. All tho six men who were killed are married men, and a distressing scene ensued at tho pit's mouth whon tho nows of tho accidont bocamo known. Theio was no lack of volunteers to search for their comrados and their efforts to rescue them woro of a most heroic nature.
