Sir George Grey in the South. Second Address at Dunedin. Dunedin, March 20.
Sm George Ghey addressed a crowded and enthusiastic moeting at 'he Garrison Hall last night. He strongly opposes large borrowing. In regard to the Ea8t and West Coast railway, he said shat if carried on to Nelson, it would not be reproductive for a very considerable period ot time, but if the present Christchurch railway was united to Brunnerton, it would be most reproductive.
