Woodstock.— The manager is now engaged in forwarding quartz from the low level workings to the furnace, where it will be passed thtough the stonevrusher, and bulk assays of the same will be made by Mr Smith, so as to determine its bullion' value." Diamond. — A new reef About 2ft thick is now being worked Upon in this mine, and tire manager informs me that he estimates its baitery value at fully X)ne and a half ounces per ton.
