A hundred labourers employed by Melbourne City Corporation have struck for a reduction of work to eight hours per diem, Hobart, Veb I 7. — It has boen arranged that the Hon. J. M. Agnew, M.L.C., shall assume the Premiership in suscession to Mr Adze Douglas. Mr Agnew does not, however, take any portfolio, The position of the other Ministers will remain without change.
