T FRANCIS PAVITT, Returning Ofi, ficer for the Licensing District of Te Aroha, do hereby notify that an Election will be held Under " The Regulations of Local Elections Act, 1876," and "The Li censing Act Amendment Act) 1882/' for the return of five duly qualified Persons as Members of the Licensing Committee for the Licensing District of Te Aroha, on MONDAY, February 22nd, 1886, and I further give notice that I have the Court House, Te Aroha, for the Polling Booth, and MONDAY, 15th Fobmary, 1886, and the Court House, Te Aroha, as the day and place for Nomination of Candidates. I will be in attendance at the above* named place from 10 to 12 noon on the day of: Nomination, to receive Nominations.
