CABLEGRAMS. RESIGNATION OF THE SALISBURY MINISTRY. London, January 28th.

The Mediterranean Squadron, under command of Admiral Lord John Hay, have heen ordered to Crete. In the House of Commons Sir Michael Hicks-Beach announced the resignation of the Ministry, and added the Queen had summoned the Marquis of Salisbury to proceed to Osborne. The House adjourned until Monday next.
