Mr S. Stephbnson died thU morning, aged 84. He has resided in the Bay eince 1846, at one time doing very extensive business, iron which he retired some jeara aero. He has been in feeble health for pome tim«, and pa«fed away qu ebly as abova pj>ely from c^e'ay of nature. Deceased leave.* a wife, six sons, and four daughters to mourn their loss.
