SERVIAN INVASION OF BULGARIA. Several Sharp Engagements.

Belgrade, November 14. War has been formally declared by Servia against Bulgaria, and the Servian troops have crossed the Isaribrod and are now advancing upon Sofia, the Bulgarian capital, under the command of King Milan, who has issued a proclamation assigning as his grounds for the invasion the violation by Prince Alexander of the Treaty of Berlin, and consequent provocation, j Sofia, November 14. Prince Alexander, in an order of the day, issued to the Bulgarian army, denounces the Servian invasion as cowardly and treacherous, and calls upon all Bulgarian subjects to defend their homes and annihilate the invaders. Later intelligence states that some sharp skirmishes have occurred between the Bulgarian and Servian troops, several men being killed, and a good number wounded. The Bulgarians had rather the worßt o! it, and are reported to be retiring. APreßs Association message says : — Three divisions of the Servian army are advancing on Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, under the command of King Milan. The King has commenced an unprovoked attack against the Bulgarians, which it is alleged will be accepted as a casus belli.
