W. Wilson v. Win. Holden j Judgeraent summons £2 5s 4d. Ordered to pay £2 on or before 26th inst, and balance with costs on or before 18th of I Noromber next, in default two Weeks' ! imprisonment. A. H. Whitebouse r. C. A. Comes : Claim £2 l«s 6d for goods supplied. Jutlgenient for amount with 16a costs. G. Gapes v. Fiefd Booth : Mr W. McG. Hay for plaintiff. Claim £2 16s 6d for labour done. Defendant paid £1 2s 6d into conrt in settlement. Judgement for full amount claimed and costs £2 Is 6d, In the Warden's Court a number of cases set dow;i for hearing were adjourned until Norember iOth.
