IT i* hereby notified that the Town, Suburban, and Rural Lands described in the Schedule hereunder will, in pursuance of The Thermal Springs District Act, 1881, and The Thermal Springs District Act, 1881, Amendment Act, 1883, be offered for lease, by public auction, for the term of ninety-nine years, at this Office, on WEDNESDAY, the 16th day of September next, at the hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon.
