We heg to acknowledge, the receipt of " Observer's" letter, and would remind him that the charges made therein tire of a very serious character, although made in such a very general sort of way. If our correspondent has a definite ehnrge to make he should sign his name to it, for publication, before for warding it. Our columns are always open for the ventillation of any grievance, but we do not consider "Ob server's letter is one for publication under a norn de guerre.
