A drainage question was before the Warden's Court to day, in the form of an action brought by the Deep Level Cross Company, in order to compel the K'M'anui Hill Company to contribute towards the cost of the maintenance of the fcig pvmin. After a lon^then^l hearing the W.»r<l"n ordered lh<s \lcfi ndants to pay £3i)o in six monthly instalments as one year's contrilution at the valuo of ,£3O per month.
