Weekly market : Butter retnaina the same as last quotations, viz., Is per Ib wholesale, and is 3d retail. Kggs, Is 9d per dozen wholesale, and 2s retail Buckland reports at Kemuera, Thursday : Dairy cows at calving, were in good demand; moderate animals brought from £7 to £9 each ; store cattle, were dull of sale. Fat cattle in average Supply, and sold freely ; Auckland fatted at 235, shipborn 21s per lOOlbs. Sheep were penned in usual numbers, but were at lower value ; 70 wethers barely averaged 15s. Pigs were plentiful, and lower rates than for some weeks past were obtained for them.
