I>HE Waitoa Road Board having made application for" a loan in aid of a district road within the Waitea Road Dis trict ratepayers Hie hereby notified as underj in accordance with the provisions of the above-named Acti The works proposed to be Undertaken ] ure on about twelve miles of the Maungakawa-Waiorongomai road ' from fe Ail-o-Waikato to Te Aroha Bxl, the estimated cost of the works being j£24l4i The amount of the payments required to be made to Her Majesty is £217 6a 2d per year for fifteen years, and the special rate re* quired to meet same is one eighth of a penny in the ii on all ratei able property in the Waitoa Road DiBtticti Plans, specifications, and detailed eßti mates of the cost of such proposed works m ly be seen at the Pbainix Hotel, Mortrinsj ville.
