FEES & PERCENTAGE UNDER THE BAN KRUPTCY ACT.
A recent Government Gazette to hand gives the following as the li»tof charges thaj, shall be in force on and after Tuesday, the 10th inst. : — '' In liou of the fees and percentages set forth in the Second Schedule to " The, Bankruptcy Act, 1883," the fees and* percentages contaiued in the Schedule hereto sltall hencefotth be charged in respect of proceedings under the said Act.
