Sydney. February 25. The steamship Ringarooma arrived yesterday from Auckland. Soon after she was beithed it was discovered that the Bteward, named Thomas James, was suffering from sm all- pox. The passengers had disembarked , but fifteen of them were subsequently secured and sent to the quarantine station. Several other passengers cannot be traced, and are still at large. The vessel was placed in quarantine.
