The following is a list of those killed :— Joseph Campy, railway employ 6, residing at Harden, married ; Robert Crawford, carpenter's labourer, residence unknown ; Alfred Wilson, railway conductor (brother resides in Sydney) ; Mrs Hodson, wife of Mr Hodson, of Wagga ; John Hader, about nine years of age (parents reside at Carcoar) ; John O'Dyer, married, leaves a wife and six chil- 1 dren ;he was mail guard. Warner Smith, of Wagga, is missing, The following are the particulars aa to the other passengers who were in the train : — Mr and Mrs Smith, Carathool ; Mr Smith, ribs broken and much cut ; Mrs Smith, spine hurt ; child unhurt. Mr Lawrence Zutcker, Melbourne, severely bruisedandhurt internally ; Mr T. OBrien, Melbourne, slightly in- j jured ; Mr and Mrs Fawcett Hay, both j very severely bruised ; Mr Jacobson. Melbourne, severely bruised and internally injured; Mr Israel Barnard, Melbourne, fractured arm and injuries to the kidneys, severely bruised ; Mr W. W. Priddle, Yamatree, concussion to the spine and general shock to the system; M. J. McDara, Wagga, slightly injured and cut ; Mr A. Snider, Melbourne, ribs broken, internal injury and cut ; Mr W. Bergin, Carcoar, both thighs broken ; Mr John Cohen, Melbourne, hip broken and seriously cut ; Mr Austin Saqui, Melbourne, fearfully bruised all over ; Mr Joseph Thompson, Melbourne, ribs broken, leg hurt ; Mr J. Levy, Carlton, Victoria, arm injured ; Mr Harper, slightly cut on the leg ; Mr R. Beattie Hay, severely bruised ; Mr A. Tragalone, slightly injured ; Mr John Ewer, Wilcannnia, slightly injured ; engine-driver Moody, scalded and internally injured, but not severely ; Mrs Dean and three children — Mrs Dean much hurt, two girls all right, the boy has his left arm broken, and is cut on the forehead and face ; Charles Jenkinson, bruised; W. Stone, Cootamundra, seriously injured. Uninjured : Henry Giles, J. H. Wood (Albury), McDonald, Risby, Patterson, Oscar, J. Knolman, Wellesley, Wellman, Lambre (Dunedin), E. Zucker, R. Murphy, E. Gorman (Hay), Mrs Ryan (Temorft).
