Th« Colonist Company had forty-five truck loads treated, the yield fro'n which was 9ozs lOdwts Tlie atnalenin obtained from the New Find Co.'s tailings during and einca the holidays has been retorted and #aye 310 ozs. 15 dwts of erold. This was from twenty days run with , r >6 berilana. From Premier tailings treated <]urin<r the same period, and on which two or three berdans were, employed, 10 ox*. 15 dwts. of gold was obtainel. These are, ho far, the only returns this month. The rainfall that commenced on Thursday has filled the water- races ami stampers and berdans are now in full work.
