Smith and Seddon v. Jas. O'Hea, claim £3 17s Bd. Defendant sworn, stated he had been working seven months at 8s a day, had a wife and 3 children to keep, was unable to pay the amount ; had other debts. Order refused. Montague and Orr v. Comes and Dunlop, claim £16 17s*. Plaintiffs are contractors living at Waiorongomai, and the amount claimed was for work done. Adjourned for H days for evidence to be taken at Thames. Plaintiff allowed costs. Karanna Hou v. Taitnhu Wang: roa, claim £35 109 value of goods detaiiu hy defendant. Ordered to deliver uj the goods claimed, and to leave the ferning on the ground within 21 hours, oi pay £20 in default ; each party to pay their own costs. Smith anil Seddon v.
