Ni:\v Vuiik, July 24. — Discoveries of an important character, concerning the plans of the f:o-called Uuban revolutionists have just been made in this city, it is reported by good authority. It appeals that the revolutionary leaders have determined upon imitating the lush dynamiters by using what is styled the "lerfources of civilisation." Dynamite in enormous quantitieshas been bought in this city, and much of it has been shipped to the military supply depot of the revolutionists at Nassau and New rrovidencc. It is f-aid that the conspuaiors have been for several weeks in negotiation for the purchase ol one thousand pounds ol dynamite. The only ciicumstance which delayed the closing ot thiH contract is the question a= to the quantities in which the &tv ft' should be put up, and the manner in which it should be shipped.
