This has been effected by Mr Douglas, and the portiolios have been alloted as follows : — Premier and Colonial Secretary, Mr Douglas ; Colonial Treasurer, Mr "Burgess ; Attorney-General, Mr Do ids ; Minister for Lands and Works, Mr Brown.
