THE NEW HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.

Underneath we give a list of the newlyelected members o. the House of Representative*, with a statement of their political leanings, so far as known. From the facts that 34 of the members did no tsit in the preceding Parliament, and that parties are in a transition state* at present, there is some difficulty in obtaining perfect accuracy ; but the information being compiled from telegiams from our correspondents and other reliable sources, is as correct as can be arrived ot in the meantime. The letters at the top of the columns have the follow ing signifieatio 1 : — A., Atkinson ; V., Yogel ; li., Grey ; 0 , nof pronounced as to leader, but opposed to present Government.
