FOOTBALL.
The much-talked of match, Te Aroha v. Thames?, comes off to-day at Parawai. The local team left this morning by the Pdtiki at 5 o'clock, and return on Monday, leaving Tnatnes at 6 a.m. It will be remembered two games took place last year between the same teamb, both i exulting* in a draw ia favour of Te Aroha. The local team playing this day is as follows :—: — Messis Voiity (captain), Jono^, Trude, Hinton, Paiker, Piudie, Gomon, Maci'arlane, Hawkins, O'Shea, Sheehan, Whitehouse, Lynch, Kliis, and Jeffrey.
