Auckland, Last Night. Deposits and other liabilities amounted to £0,8.33,799, showing an increase of £1,233,921 Advances amounted to £9,557,542, being an increase of £1,073,606. Coin, cash, balance money at short call, and Government securities aggregated £2,412,394, being an increase of nearly £IGO,OJO over the same items last half-yenr. He attributed the recent depression in the South to the previous over-importation, and low price of staple exports of wheat and wool. The report was adopted.
