A ghnkrvl meeting ol members of the above was convened for Tuesday evening last at the Public Hull, the attendance was small. Tue resignation of the Rev. JI. H. Davios was receive). It was decided to form a new vestry, and the following were elected to that ofllce : — Messrs O'lialloi'an, Colennui, Tonge, Crump, Cooper, and Burgess. The statement of accounts furnished shewed a deficiency of almost £30. After some discussion it was decided to try and clear off this debt by means of a concert, and should that prove inadequate by making special collections. Jt is proposed that the conceit tnlc<> place in about five week*.
