The New Find tailings are believed by the manager to be shaping for two on n cms per load, and the Promiar ;md Colonist an ounce to the load each. The Xow Find has between 200 and. 300 tons to go through. Alphabet. — Mr John Goldsworthy, the manager, invites tenders in this issue for driving a. contract in the Moa No. 2 License. PHO2NJX. —Tiiis mine, one of the few remaining at work, continues to meet with most encouraging prospects. It will bo remembered that when the mine was first prospected the outcrop of ?i largo lode was discovered showing gola. Nkw Find. — The contract for diiving the low level (decide.! on at the time of the Battery Inauguration Ceiebiation) has been let to Quinton and paity, the pi ice being 24s lid per foot. The reef in the Arizona drive has been cut into four feet and shows gold. The manager considers it quite as good as above.
