MEETING OF THE TRUSTEES OF WESLEYAN CHURCH.
A Meeting of the Trustees of Te Aroha Church was held on Friday evening Dec, 28th, the Rev Henry Bull in the chair. The minutes were read by the Rev G. T. Marshall. The current accounts were examined and passed for paj'ment. The Rev 11. R. Dewsbury was invited to preach th $ anniversary sermon of the church, and also to deliver one of his popular lectures in tlie Public Hall. The cordial thanks of the meeting were ordered to he sent to Mr Devey, for his handsome and generous gift of the new rostrum to the church. Mr Bennett having been appointed Society Steward, Mr Win. Ash by was elected in his place to the office of Church Steward.
