CONDITIONS.

Entrance fee to be forwarded with nomination and colors, age, and pedigree of horse, addressed to the Secretary, Te Aroha, or to Mr W. Percival, Auckland, not later than 8 p.m. on Friday, 16th Nov.,

Weights will appear in Auckland, Waikato, and Te Aroha papers oa Thursday, the 22nd Nov., 1883. Acceptance money payable to Secretary by Friday, 23rd Nov., 1883, before 10 p.m. Weights for Miners' Purse Handicap will be declared after the Goldfielda Handicap has beea run. Acceptances will be received up to a quarter of an hour befoie the race. In the event of a walk over only 50 per

cent of Stakes will bo paid. No entry will be received except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising fhnll be decided by the the Stewards, or whom they may appoint and their decision shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 2 soys., which will be forfeited to the funds of the Club, should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious. The Rules of the Auckland Racing Club will be strictly adhered to. Ten pet cent will be deducted from Prize in each event for second horse. FRANCIS PAVITT, Hon. Sec.
