A oam Pouter (as executor of the lute Hone Werahiko) v. G. S. O'Huilornn. Mr Miller appealed for the plaintiff. Tins was >»n actiun to recover tho sum of £98, •amount allied to be tluj by defendant to the estate of the late Hone Werahiko on the sale of n share in the New Find claim. After evidence had been taken a verdict by consent for tho amount claimed was Given with costs, £7 6s. An application for time was refused. Mining Inspector v. H, Hughes. Defendant admitted the charge of having neglected to register the Dunedin claim, and was fined Is, with lla costs. Same v. JKf. Cleary and McLean. This was a similar case, but owing to an iafonnality was dismissed. Receiver of Gold Revenue v. J. Nattriss, to recover £5, arrears of rent oa allotment 6, block 10. Though the ground had been held since May, 1882, no building had been erected. VerdiVt for amount with 11b cost*. Same v. I, Bate k A uitnttar action to recover n year's rent o£ allotment 9, block 10. Verdict for amount and costs, i John Long and T. Denny v. W. W. Adams and D. Courtney. The complainants lodged an objection to defendant's pegging out this claim after its abandonment by Sullivan. Thuy failed to prove their case, it was dismissed with costs. Tha Court then adjourned.
