TRADE WITH RUSSIA.
THE BRITISH AGREEMENT. Received 11.50 a.m. .• LONDON, Dec. 30. The Soviet text of the British Government's trade agreement proposals shows that in addition to the provisions announced earlier, Britain requires the Soviet Government to re_ compense British subjects for goods and services rendered to former Russian Governments. Tchitcherin's reply deola'res that the proposals include provisions contrary to the previous understanding, and demands the elimination of the clause relating to old debts. Tchiterin also requests a political confer, ene to settle outstanding political questions in accordance with the principles cabled on 4th October.
A Mosow wireless states that the Government has recalled Krassln Tor a consultation 'fegartßng Britain's evasion of her trade obligations.
