BOLSHEVISM IN PERSIA EVACUATION OF BRITISH TROOPS PARIS December 26 The “Echo de Paris’' learns from JTeherau that the statements made in ffio British House of Commons ro_ guarding the evacuation of Persia by British troops has caused a commo. Hon throughout the country. Many British and French residents are preparing to leave Persia, and the banks are winding up their affairs. It is probable that the British Legation will not remain. The Persian Government has accepted the establishment of a Bolshevik Legation.
