'•"Evidence showed that deceased had tried to suicide on former occasions. Wm. Roberts, married, "60 years of ago, fell from a scaffolding at Dun. edin while wheeling debris, a dis. tance of ten feet. No one saw him fall, but he was found lying on the footpath along with a barrow in an unconscious condition, and a bad cut. on the side of the head. The unfortunate man died while on the way to the hospital.
