; PARIS, Dec. 12. At a meeting of the Foreign Af fairs Committee it was stated that none of the Allied advance to Germany to improve the feeding of the Ruhr miners had been expended for that purpose. M. Leygues declared that Germany undoubtedly had not carried. out her undertakings. He added that France in the 1921 Budget was providing advances of miliards of marks to Germany. This situation could not last.
WASHINGTON, Dec. 12. The annual report, of the Secretary of Agriculture states that in face of enormous difficulties American ..farmers have produced the largest with a single exception, in the history of the country. The value of the crops at current prices is 13,300,000,OOOdol. The yield on the 10 principal croups is 13 per cent, above the average for the last five years before the war. ■
