PEACE TREATY SIGNED. Received 9.20 a.m. - PARIS, Dec. 10. The Foreign Office has received a telegram from Tiflis stating that a peace treaty between the Kemalists and Armenians has been signed at Alexandropol. The Armenians retain Erivan and Lake Golcha, but surrender the fortress of Kars and Alexandropol; also practically all their ams and ammunition.
