JUVENILE DEPRAVITY. PARIS, Dec. 6. The authorities are concerned at the post-war growth of juvenile depravity, particularly child prostitution. During a gale, the thirteen thousand ton liner Grawaldersee broke away from her moorings at Southend. CAPETOWN, Dec. 6. Johannesburg Nationalists are making a determined attempt to capture the Irish Republican vote throughout the Union at the forthcoming election. They will probably put forward Sinn Feiners as candidates in certain towns. Several branches of Sinn Fein have been formed recently in the Union and Rhodesia.

THE INDIAN ELECTIONS. Received. 12.30 p.m. DELHI, Dee. 6. The elections for the new Councils are not yet compete, and they show poor voting. Many prominent members of the late Legislative Council have been elected, and the new Legislative Assembly vyill contain a large percentage of Moderates. The results of the*' polls indicate that the new Constitution will have every chance of success, despite the fact that a considerable portion of political influence remains outside the Council, due to Ghandi’s non-co-operation nvopaganda.
