PURSUANT to the provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” the Raugitikei County Council hereby gives public notice , that. such Council proposes to raise a Special Loan of £40,000. . (a) The particular purpose for which the loan is required is the construction of a; public work within the Erewhon Riding of the Rangitlkei County and comprises the formation of roads the metalling' of roads for the, first time, the erection of a bridge over the Rangitikei River on the Moa--whan go-Napier Road, the erection of a bridge over the same river on tho Matawhe.ro Road and the acquiring of machinery and plant necessary tor the carrying out of such public wont.
