ANNUAL MEETING. ', The annual meeting of the Taihape Amateur Swimming Club was held last night, Mr W. McNickle presiding. The annual report and balance-sheet showing a credit balance of £2B 12s, was adopted. The following new " members were elected; Messrs T. C. Kincaid, H. S. Bird, A. Thompson, and T. Auld. Menzies, and D. J, McLennan; Captain, Mr T. U. Kineaid; Vice-Captain, Mr T. McSweeney; Hon. Secretary, Mt Neil Ba'llantyne;,Treasurer, Mr EL if. Bond; Auditor, Mr P. Thurston; Committee, Messrs Theed, Thompson, Cowdell, O'Keefe, Dunbar, and DarviH. 'Subscriptions for the ensuing season "were fixed at: Men's 18/, lady's 5/, boys 3/, girls 2/6, school concession I//. ' i - Resolved: That the, club take control of the baths on same terms as last year. Resolved: That Mr Williams be reengaged as custodian. Resolved: That the baths be thoroughly cleaned and white-wasned, and opened as soon after December Ist as possible. Resolved: That the same time-table as last year be observed. -
