A PAROCHIAL BAN Received a.m. LONDON, Nov. 28. 4 Advices from Lausanne state that the Chief of Police has banned the play “Measure for Measure”, because of its pornographic character, stating that he will forbid any plays likely to injure the reputation of the town.
