Herr Grassman, oh behalf of the German delegation, said that German trade unions were against all dictatorship. Their belief was in the people, who should be supreme. The German people were 1 determined to -fight the Bolsheviks. A resolution was carried denouncing attacks upon the International Federation of Trade Unions by the Moscoav Trade Unions Internationale.
