JUDGE GETS THREE YEARS.
A judge, with tears streaming down Sis face, sentenced a fellow judge and friend, named Harburger, at the Tnnsbruck (Switzerland) tribunal to three years' penal servitude. Harburge had been found guilty of embezzling large sums of money entrusted to his care, chiefly by Austrian and Tyrolese landowners, during the waT. His downfall "was due principally to the extrava-' gance of a wife mush younger than liimself, and to speculations on the Bourse. The two judges shook hands fin court, before separating, while their •wives shed tears.
