FAITH HEALING AT EATAHA MATTER TO BE INVESTIGATED. - WELLINGTON/ Nov. 24.. ' At "the Presbyterian Assembly the matter concern in g the status of home missionaries and the question of their having a seat and a voire in Presbyteries was referred to a special meeting of the committee, to confer with Presbyteries and report to the next Assembly. A resolution was passed which requested the Wanganui Presbytery .to make a carefuFlnvestigation of. the facts concerning the works of healing through faith', as reported in the public press, by Taihu- Wiremu Batana, of Ratana, and to the fact that he is professing himself to be of the Presbyterian faith, and to make' public its finding. The proceedings then concluded with the usual votes of thanks.
